Linkcity signs agreements with Notting Hill Housing Trust and Hounslow Council to bring £410 million development to life

Linkcity, the property development company, has signed agreements with its partners to kick start the creation of a £410 million (GDV) development including new homes and a new civic building incorporating council offices, a library and café for Hounslow Council.

Following a three-way development agreement, Notting Hill Housing will develop the residential element of the scheme, built on the current civic centre site on Lampton Road, and Linkcity will develop the new civic building, built on a new site in Bath Road, in Hounslow town centre.

The residential element of the project will provide 919 new homes including affordable housing. There will be a mixture of studios, one, two and three-bedroom apartments and houses across 10 buildings varying between three and nine storeys.
