Phillippa Prongué Appointed as Managing Director of Linkcity UK

Phillippa Prongué has been appointed as the new Managing Director of London-based Developer Linkcity UK. Phillippa brings a wealth of experience, including 15 years’ with Kier Property Development, and will focus on leading the business into further growth and profitability. Her background in JV partnerships, large scale mixed-use regeneration projects, and her experience in operating across all asset classes including industrial, retail, office, residential and student accommodation will be essential in leading the business forward.

Linkcity is the property development arm of Bouygues UK, which generates a third of its turnover, through exciting projects across all sectors, including residential, commercial, mixed-use, student accommodation and regeneration schemes.
