The first phase of Hallsville Quarter, our major regeneration project in London’s Canning Town, reached completion in early 2015.

It comprises 179 new homes (including 108 private homes, 20 shared ownership properties and 51 affordable rented apartments), as well as a food store on the ground floor and secure underground car parking. An energy centre capable of serving the requirements of the entire development has also been provided.

Promoting a sense of balanced community, all the buildings have the same external appearance regardless of whether they house private or affordable homes. At podium level, a shared garden provides residents with communal outside space, as well as a bike store and allotments.
