Working together with Notting Hill Housing, Hounslow Council and the GLA, we are creating a new £410 million (GDV) development incorporating much-needed new homes and a new civic building with council offices, a library and a café.

Following a three-way development agreement, Notting Hill Housing is developing the residential element of the scheme, built on the current civic centre site on Lampton Road, and Linkcity is developing the new civic building, built on a new site in Bath Road, in Hounslow town centre.

The residential element of the project comprises 919 new homes including affordable housing. There will be a mixture of studios, one, two and three-bedroom apartments and houses across 10 buildings varying between three and nine storeys.

The new offices will support modern and flexible working practices, with shared offices for council, police and health services in the heart of Hounslow. The new building has been designed with the community in mind, creating a welcoming, customer-focused environment, while also reducing costs by moving to a smaller, more efficient building.

The architect for the civic centre, library and café is Sheppard Robson; Allies and Morrison is the architect for the residential element.
