Graham has been active in the industry since the late 1980s. Following an early surveying career, he joined Leadbitter (which later became a Bouygues UK subsidiary) in 1997, dealing primarily with commercial management and legal aspects, including healthcare, education, sports/leisure and PFI schemes. In 2009, Graham changed focus within the business, joining the Strategic Initiatives team at the outset as sector lead for education, securing key targets in cross-regional frameworks.
At the end of 2012, Graham was appointed by Bouygues Development (which was subsequently rebranded Linkcity) to take responsibility for the successful delivery of projects from a development perspective throughout the operating geography of the business, together with advisory elements on contracts. His team also provided design and estate management expertise in addition to the core project management role.
In 2016, Graham’s role changed to reflect the growing maturity and success of Linkcity in the regions. As Regional Director, he is responsible for the full development cycle on UK schemes beyond London and the South, from sourcing and inception of opportunities in key market sectors through to handover of the final product to partners and operators.
