We have worked together with our partner Londonewcastle and the London Borough of Brent, to bring to fruition a new £65m residential-led mixed-use project next to Queen’s Park station. The development includes 116 highly specified contemporary homes, 28 affordable homes, and 5,200 sq ft of commercial floorspace let to Marks & Spencer.

The project forms part of the £400m regeneration of South Kilburn, which aims to deliver 2,400 new high-quality homes. Located at the gateway between South Kilburn and Queen’s Park, this development creates a new urban landmark, enhancing the vision set out by the London Borough of Brent for South Kilburn.
